Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Any customs duties, VAT or import fees are set by local authorities and carriers, and are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (excluding UK bank holidays). During launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

If you are ordering from the EU, your parcel may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and/or courier handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by local authorities and couriers and are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
Important (2026 update): the EU is tightening rules for low-value imports. From 2026, the previous duty relief threshold for parcels under €150 is being removed, and temporary measures (including a fixed customs duty approach from 1 July 2026) may apply.
We ship EU orders on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis: import charges are typically payable by the recipient on delivery.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid import fees and returned to us, we may refund the item price minus shipping and any return charges incurred.
